Cognitive Technologies announces the start of sales of a new version of the electronic document management system EVFRAT-Document management v.12. The process of developing a new version of the system took about 30.000 person / hours or 10 person / years. The main work during the creation of EUFRAT-Document flow v.12 was aimed at increasing the productivity and scalability of the system, developing tools for managing business processes and automating workflow, creating more convenient interfaces for users and system administrators.

The new software product fully takes into account changes in market needs and current customer requirements. Traditionally, open beta testing of the new version of the EVFRAT-Document Management system v.12, which was attended by over 300 people. Among them were management specialists, system administrators and professional clerks. The current users of the system were especially active.

The main advantage of the new version of the EVFRAT-Document Management system is the support of work in organizations with a geographically distributed structure. In version v.12 implemented a mechanism for interaction between remote servers, which allows you to organize end-to-end work on documents and tasks between the main office and geographically remote branches. Information between servers is transmitted in encrypted form directly over TCP / IP. Currently, the electronic document management system EVFRAT-Document management v.12 is the only box-based solution in Russia that provides the ability to create a single information and management space both within a distributed structure and between different organizations.

    The new user interface of the system is distinguished by greater simplicity and convenience, which reduces the time for users to learn the basics of working with the system and facilitate the process of transition of an organization to electronic document flow.

  • New possibilities of execution control, work with reports and standard routes

    In the new version, the list of reminders and notifications about existing orders has been expanded. Changes in working with reports affected both the possibilities of their construction and the simplification of creating report templates. Moreover, the system provides for a check for duplication of registered documents. In version v.12 also implemented support for streaming document scanning.

  • New features of system administration

    New system administration capabilities will improve reliability and simplify the process of setting up and operating the system. In particular, now, in the event of a reboot of the organization’s server, the EVFRAT-Document Management server is launched as a service of the operating system, and it became possible to work with hierarchical dictionaries. In addition, in the new version, you can archive the database not only manually, but also automatically according to the schedule.
