The novelty includes a 2.4 GHz radio band transceiver; 32 KB of flash memory, reprogrammed by the system itself; 4 KB of RAM; 5-channel DMA controller; serial controller (8051); 8-channel ADC, 8-14 bits, cryptographic (AES-128) coprocessor, two UART / SPI interfaces, three 8-bit and one 16-bit timers with power management functions. All this “economy” fit into a tiny 6 x 6 mm QLP-36 package.
