Toshiba and SanDisk to spend 500 billion yen on NAND memory plant
Japanese press reports Toshiba and SanDisk are planning to jointly build a NAND flash memory plant in Japan. Project cost – about 500 billion. yen (4.3 billion. Doll.). Earlier, Toshiba has already announced plans to invest in increasing the release of NAND.
